Jay-Z Speaks With MTV News About Jay Electronica's New Album & "Scary-Good" Lyricism
Following Jay-Z's Press Conference yesterday for the announcement of the Made In America Music Festival during this years Labor Day weekend in Philly, Hov took many brief interviews where he spoke on a range of creatively intellectual subjects which included his stance on same-sex marriage & Roc Nation's New Orleans artist Jay Electronica's debut album. Regarding the projects release, Jay admitted Mr. Electronica runs on his own time but also said that the album is close to completion. Regarding the lyricism, Hov said "It's exactly what it should be — it's amazing. Him as a lyricist is almost scary. He's scary good" - (@ MTVNews) The interview closes with Hov saying, "I'm doing something to it that's really uh, uh untraditional - so we'll see how it works." - I can't wait to hear what that's about!
